ClariFI, a Standard & Poor's Capital IQ business, is actively
seeking motivated engineering candidates with proven track records,
superior academic backgrounds, and the desire to learn more about the
finance industry to help us build the next generation in portfolio

Responsibilities
- Full life-cycle development ranging from requirements analysis to
deployment in an object-oriented software development environment
- Design and implementation of user-driven enhancements and requirements
- Test, document, and support enterprise-quality software
- Ensure timely delivery of application and compatibility with architecture standards
- Document technical procedures and best practices on intranet Wiki
Requirements
- Java and C/C++ proficiency
- Self-motivated, able to work well individually and with a team, willing, and able to put in extra hours to meet tight deadlines
- Strong academic background and problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, and results oriented
- Experience with some kind of scripting language (Perl, Ruby, Python, shell scripts)
- Interest and experience in finance is a big plus
- Passionate, smart, and articulate developer
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
