Mid level Java Development role
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience as a Java Developer. This person should be a rising star/up and coming type. Needs to be driven and highly motivated, intelligent, complex problem solver, determined, and a strong communicator. They will be working on financial trading systems; therefore, financial services experience is a huge plus but not required.
The technical environment is stable and the majority of work is building new functionality for specific business applications. In addition to the specific skills and attributes listed below this person will need to be energetic, fast learning and eager to grab onto new challenges.
Technical Enirovnment: Java, Spring, JMS, JDBC, Oracle, UI development, OO concepts, JSP, Generics/Annotations, Hibernate, JBoss/Tomcat, Struts/JSF, Design Patterns, Ant/Maven/Checkstyle, Multithreading, Socket programming, EJB, JNDI, agile methodology, fixed income experience is a plus.
