Geographic information is a vital technology component for making more well-informed decisions that affect all aspects of our world, whether it be in business, the environment, science, or government. A GIS is a set of tools and technology for integrating the element of ‘spatial’ into any problem-solving equation to get the best view of any global situation for the best possible approach to getting work accomplished. In this presentation, we will explore how Java technologists can utilize and leverage the market-leading GIS from ESRI to architect mission-critical systems through the ArcGIS Java Platform for Java SE and Java EE developers.
