Websphere Process Server Developer
The candidate will play a technical leadership role in an area responsible for building enterprise services and contributing to a technical infrastructure in Support of a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) strategy. The individual must have superb analytical and technical skills.
Role
* Develop and maintain Business Process Orchestration flow utilizing IBM's Websphere Process Server
* Analyzes user and Business requirements, determines appropriate technical approach and develops implementation specifications
* Server as an advisor and mentor project teams
* Will be a member of our Center of Excellence System Integration team
Technical Skills
* Minimum
o 2+ years of professional IT experience in a large organization with complex, multitiered technical solutions, including host environments, mainframes, and mid range platform
o Prior experience working with process solutions such as Aqualogic, jBPM, BPEL, BPMN, WebSphere Process Server or other equivalent technology.
* Required:
* In depth technical knowledge of application architectures on mainframe, mid-range Windows
* Ability to read and write architecture and design documentation and be able to communicate effectively with development, management and architecture level positions
* Experience with middleware/application integration products such as MQ Series, Websphere Application Server, Websphere Message Broker
* Position also requires hands-on development experience with technology such as J2EE, EJB, JMS, JDBC, XML tools and etc. Experience must include design and implementation of large distributed systems
* Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
* Ability to lead other in collaborative team efforts
* Strong analytical skills
* Knowledge of BPEL
* Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
* Knowledge of relational databases
* Desirable
* Experience with J2EE Architecture
* Experience with zLinux
* Experience building applications using Websphere Process Server (WPS) and Websphere
* Intergration Developer (WID)
* Knowledge of hardware infrastructure and networking
* Previous healthcare experience a plus
